2. Choosing a Project Approach
Justin Head, RIM Program Manager of NEOSTEK, will present proven methods and strategies to implementing compliant Records & Information Management solutions in the federal government. He will define the decisive path to strategic implementation, including:- Structured vs. Unstructured records strategy
- Repository vs. Modernization-based approach
- Incremental vs. Agile approach
